Previous incidents

We are receiving a DDoS attack against the web2 server. This is currently being mitigated, however customers may experience intermittent loading issues with their services during this period.

According to the datacentre, "the incident was caused by a chain reaction within the electrical systems, where safety mechanisms were triggered. A human action played a role in the sequence of events, in combination with the behavior of the underlying technical systems.".

A full RFO is expected by the end of next week.

This issue has now been resolved.

We have resolved the issue with Litespeed webserver not starting. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure this does not reoccur.

The attack is under control for the time being. We will continue to monitor this closely and provide updates as necessary.

Clients using Cloudflare and other proxying services may now safely re-enable these services.
