The IPs have been switched to the new server successfully. Unfortunately the interruption was slightly longer than expected due to an issue with the LiteSpeed web server license. This issue has been resolved.

We will now continue the migration by transferring emails.

A fault has occurred on the cov1 hardware and requires preventative maintenance.

To reduce duration of unavailability, all accounts will be migrated to a new server within the same facility.

Depending on the size of the account, there may be a short interruption during the migration process lasting up to a few minutes.

Once all accounts have been migrated, IP addresses will be migrated to the new server. There may be another short interruption of a up to 15 minutes during this process.

During the migration all traffic will be proxied through the old server and forwarded to the new server. No DNS or IP address changes will be required.

We will provide a further notification closer to the scheduled date for the migration.

The DNS manager will not be available during the migration window. All DNS updates must be requested via ticket.
