This has been resolved now. The issue was caused by a human error on our upstream network providers end. We sincerely apologise for the interruption and have been given assurance that this won't happen again.

A hardware fault developed on the underlying hypervisor for this server. Due to the cloud-based nature of Zume's platform, we were able to live-migrate this workload to an alternative hypervisor with mininal disruption.
